Tswatch ( not trusted dealer here!) sell this factory since a long time...cf factory makes decent reps for the price...New deep sea 2018 and yatchmaster...but don't expect Noob or Arf quality!

That looks pretty good to me. Nice SELs, Noob should get a clue, insert markers are centered, ARF should get a clue. Definitely a contender for a mid-range quality piece.
