Noob submariner v9 or ARF SEADWELLER V3

Please help me decide which one to take based on their build quality, which one is better build , which one would you choose?
Also I am not going to modify any of them, so which is the best out of the box, best builded
Noob submariner V9, or ARF 126600 seadweller V3

I read the ARF had a problem with the bezel, the markings on the bezel fade after a while, is that true?

There is plenty of info on both, each has their own flaws, see which ones you can live with. Just get either one and enjoy the watch. The bezel markings fading/flaking is a problem with all factories, now except clean's bezel which claims that it'll never fade/flake.
