I read that one obvious tell with most rolexes is that when you turn the crown in a clockwise direction, the hands move counterclockwise as opposed to clockwise.

Which reps move the correct way? Is there a particular movement inside to look for? Thanks.

It depends which model you are talking about. For the subs you need a rep with a 3135. For an SD43 for example which is powered by a 3235, a 2824 or 2836 would wind in the right direction

All reps with Rolex clone movements. Sh3135-SH3132-sh4130 etc. ETA clones don't adjust time like gens.

No, the submariner ceramic (date or no date) is powered with a cal 3135/3130 so you need a Rolex clone movement.
ETA clone is ok for Rolex cal 3235
