Swiss Made Clones on YouTube. Thoughts?

I have recently come across a YouTube page where the content creater is unboxing and showing Rolex watches they look pretty good to my untrained eye. They include box, matching papprwork, tags and warranty cards.

He claims that the watch is made by a watchsmith in Switzerland and most parts come from a steel factory in eastern Europe that specialise is finer steel products.

Has anyone else come across this YouTube page? What are your thoughts? Is he just parading an ARF or Noob model as Swiss made? I'm hoping someone with more experience in Reps could have a look and let me know if these are what he claims. I have posted a link below if you want to have a look.
