have anyone tried painting the daytona bezel any chance? I did see 1 youtube video using testors enamel and the the flat black. Let me know if any of you guys have done it before.

Or does anyone have the knowledge on what paint to use so the paint doesnt smudge.

interested to know! Thanks!

You are talking about the SS bezel, yes? If so, have a look at this post

Yes its for the 116520 bezel. Btw, will it be waterproofed? Do they smudge easily?

As i cant find any testors paint here, will the tamiya X 18 work too?

KJ2020 Thanks bro

I would use flat, it's the dark you want not the shine. I re-did my engraved Milgauss with this technique. I did the clasp stampings, too which were just plain from the factory. So easy, just swab away the excess.

Yes its waterproof. No smudging. IDK about tamiya, if it's enamel it would be fine.
