So i have just tried a new method of brushing rolex bracelet. It turned out much better than scotch brite :)

I tried using machinery this time. Let me know what u guys think about this. Im open for comments which can make it better.

Note: the bracelet is an unused spare bracelet in 316L for guinea pig LOL. It should be better in 904L as they are whiter in color.

Looking really nice. Would you like to share which materials you used?

Thanks guys!
I used a bench grinder and 3 bergeon wheels. Rough to medium to fine to finish. Takes some patience as i brush them link by link, but i didnt open all the links. Just folding it one by one.

Very nice work. Do you have a link to the wheels you used? Also any polishing solutions (paste)? What speeds on the buffer?

I used bergeon 6085 E1 E2 and E3. My speed is roughly 2800-3000rpm. For the paste i use dialux green and white. KJ2020 thanks!

Wow. That looks incredible. Nice job. It is infinitely better than any other process I have seen, and night and day better than the stock bracelet. Years ago a member had posted that the genuine process involves a technique that uses varying depths of brushing and polishing at the same time.. It somehow changes the way the light reflects and refracts off the surface and creates a brighter appearance than just the surface brushing that the rep manufacturers use. You can really see the difference with your technique!!

Thanks for your kind words bro! It takes time to try and error, but finally kinda figured it out. Been watching a lot of youtubes lately in order to try different processes. Its not gen like brishing, but its definately better than the stock rep factory.

I will post some gen vs my brushing tomorrow so we will know the difference between the two. (Its night and day LOL).

Thank you bro! But the gen (DSSD) is still different. The gen has finer brushing as they are using $40k equipment lol.
