Did you buy the noob caseback from a td or m2m? When I bought my arf 116520 I didn’t like the caseback and I bought a gen one.. but it was expensive

You can thin both watches easily. ARF do what robi did, noob change the gasket and crystal for gen, maybe lower the hand stack and mod the case. Noob is the worst shape case but the rehaut is so much better.
I have a noob at 12.4, one at 12.6, I think I can get it to 12.2.

Absolutely right. The ARF'S A/R being so light it gives a nice result specially on the black dial
Everything I said above. Hands tack ever so slightly lowered
12.4 with casework.

But what is the REAL thickness of a gen daytona 116500 and 116520?
measured in which way?
because I can’t find any objective information, only rumors and “people” that said something about.

The only reputable info that I found is a publication that compares and measure in many parts some R models and the Daytona is reported 12.6mm, from crystal to caseback.
12.5 is plausible with tollerances, don’t know where 12.3 came out from other people

New arf v2 dials are corect as gen... also the pushers are shorter like gen,if you want buy again arf v2 and you will get new dial and pushers
thanks! but then mine is v1? and should I order simply a v2 or there are different v2 versions..

No yours is old v2... it is still v2 but arf recently changed subdial thickness and pushers,subdials are like gen and pushers are shorter like gen

Is that an ARF? Looks like the "fake" watch's chrono is working in that vid. ARF chrono is non-functional, right?
