Hi, i want to buy a gen bezel for a 16610, i found this on a local site but I’m unsure if is gen.

What do you think?

Gen compared to this one. Maybe it's just an pic angle so don't kill me.

Left gap near 10 is much smaller and krooked,
30 touching inner lip.
40 much closer to lip than the gen one.

You're looking at a flat 4 tritium insert - different period of production, different font.

tripdog with all the gen parts offered lately, I wondered too about how to know if a crystal, bezel or insert is gen. If it is sealed in a blister, that I understand ....I even saw a fake blister when visiting my watchsmith once..the seller used gen blister pics and send a selfprinted one but I think this is a exception

It's lots of different things, details that you can't just write a list of - it's called experience and it takes time.

Strangely enough, 'font' is no where near as important as the noobs believe.
