Submariner Noob V8 Date - What do you think about the quality?

this is a submariner black noob V8 with Date. What do you think about these QC pics? Unfortunately I'm new to all this and would appreciate some feedback on the quality and whether there is anything wrong with the watch.

looks good to me. cant see any misaligned markers. Bezel looks clean and doesn't have a crap paint job.

I thought that the main difference is 904L steel. Is the V9 worth the extra 100 bucks?

If I recall the SELs on the V8 were also quite bad and completely flush. Also, the v9 has been around for so long that I'm surprised TD would still have V8, unless they kept stock or they are previously rejected watches.

Is kuvarsit a trusted dealer here? I don't think so. You should stick to TD's here in any case

few other differences in the finish, v9 is more refined imo. 904 is better in terms of acid resistance and luster, shines better than the previous steel they used.

904 and 316 can't be distinguished by eyesight, what you're seeing is the brushing.

Possibly, I did notice a difference in shine when wearing a 904 watch, main difference that is noticeable is that it's more susceptible to scratches and scuffs.
