No it was how it came. Qc’d a few of these, bought a few too, until I found a good one

Yes, it is in my eyes. When your Date looks 16:9 its correct. The others look more 4:3

It supposed to have a blue hue to the reflected light but no tint.

Argh.. I was about to make a purchase of an ARF A2824, but then I saw this thread and people saying the Noob seems better, plus the ARF SH3135v2 dw font looks great with the xtal swap.

Now I'm having 2nd thoughts.. Should I forget the ARF A2824 and get either the SH3135V2 or the Noob V9?

Agreed on the prof blackhole. I had mine installed with one, together with the legendary Cerameister insert.

BTW, is your pearl intact? Im hoping it's the photo distortion that's causing me to see a crack in it.

The new ARF V2 SH3135 with prof bloc hole effect (if that’s what it’s called. Sorry).

Personally, I think Noob has a better looking ceramic insert and over all the bezel is more solid. As for the movement, out of the box the SA3135 has been good to me.

What do y’all think?

Maybe it needs a thinner rubber gasket to make the crystal closer to the DW.

It looks fine to me. Way undermagnified is an exaduration. Maybe a little. I don’t like that blue tint on newer rolex cyclopses btw. It was better before they changed it.

Does his noob eta version have tall hand stack or short hand stack? Typical short hand-stack on gen ETA looks off in real life if you’re switching between gen and rep watches regularly.
