They range around $600. I installed the prof xtal first and it's a great quality xtal. 2 weeks later I found a gen and spent the money had it installed and it looks amazing. Now the prof is in a drawer but definitely a nice alternative for at least 1/3 the cost.

Dial markers still look fake, flat and pointy hour surrounds. Hardly worth putting a gen crystal on this.

ARF can do much better IMO.

Apart from the hour markers, I absolutely love this watch. Amazing quality.

Instant tell when you see the rep from near distance.
Not only on the SD43 but also on Subs and Yachtmasters or GMTs...
If they get this triangle right on the SD43 this watch is an instabuy for me. If Noob gets it right before ARF does I buy Noob.

Not a HULK bezel it's from a Kermit and if Genuine ( can't tell myself ) being a Flat 4 is worth a lot of money as Kermits with Flat 4 bezels are the most sought after chcek some prices of Gens to see what i mean

Rep markers are so blatantly off, the factories must hate us...

I will argue that the typical rep triangle/rectangle shapes, when scaled to SD43 size, seem to be closer to Gen SD43’s bigger 6/9/triangle markers than the rep subC shapes to gen SubC. By a small amount. Speaking geometry/shape-wise here

I own the noob V9 so maybe a braised comment but I think noob still has an edge over ARF.

I had noob and ARF side by side and in my opinion the noob dial (hour surrounds are better). Noob had creamy coloured lume, similar to gen. ARF has brilliant white (ugly) lume. Noob has better DW and bezel. Noob pearl is mismatching tho.

I’ll dig out comparison pictures.
