DJF Hulk w/ new Aftermarket Insert. Have a look!

So today the aftermarket insert from ebay arrived - and imho it is really good! (Got the link from another thread) - now i only need to fix the sels on this djf v2..

In the above picture, stock ARF on the left - DJF on the right.

Can you please provide a link to the seller? Looking for a spare insert, too.
Why did you change it? Is the DJF insert darker?
Still like this DJF.

​​​​​The original djf insert is pretty good, but the numerals are just painted. This one from ebay is a bit lighter and actually has platinum-like numerals.

On a side note: the djf v2 is the only Sub i have seen where the space between the bezel teeth is polished. Impressive.

it actually does not look bad. ARF is off and too dark, this is lighter but kind of lighter...hulk is the hardest to 1:1...

Last but not least, some indoor shots - same place but different lighting. I know its really hard to capture the 'essence' of a Hulk insert. It's a chameleon.

Just ordered this insert. Curious how long delivery will take to GER.
Aliexpress is full of those parts. Mainly from Bliger factory. But all of them look cheaper and painted.

IDK why the Chinese have such trouble making the right color green, color is infinitely adjustable. Always too much olive and not enough emerald. The platinum markers on this one are a real plus at least.

Perhaps they havent got enough emeralds to pulverize..
emeralds are pretty sparse in china.

This is indeed the djf stock crystal! I was also very suprised at how good it is.

Looking forward to a second opinion bro. So far I've been disappointed with aftermarket Hulk inserts, so I'm reluctant to try again.

The Power reserve really comes close to the promised 70hours - without having it timed exactly, i guess it is around 60/65h.

The movement however seems to be designed for a "slow date change" - but tbh that doesn't really bother me.
