I think the pearl should actually be a little bit outside the triangle on the two bottom sides- at least it's that way on my 16800 gen.
That 9 o'clock marker could be possibly straightened out, but it's a delicate task- pull the hands, take off the dial and maybe remove the marker and reglue it in a straighter position. Would be easier to buy a TC SD dial but they're hard to find these days.
