hello,
one of the 2 rivets on my TC clasp has fallen off.
it's the second time this happens to me.
last time i took the clasp to a local watch smith and he installed a new one for me, but apparently it wasn't robust, and it fell off again.
thankfully i got lucky both times, and noticed it before i lose the whole watch.
any recommendation on where to get good quality parts?

I’ve got the same problem with my Tc yachtmaster. Interested to see how this ends up

well well
after almost 6 weeks, i finally received the tubes.
unfortunately they do not fit the submariner clasp.
they are a bit thicker.
i sent Mr Ken an email to inform him about the issue.

left is original
right is the new thicker one

i’m definitely not going to wait another month or so for new ones to arrive.
i guess my only option is to get a new clasp and get over with this whole issue for good.
Lucy told me JF stopped the production of their 16610 sub.
any other suggestions?

i finally managed to solve the issue.
rolex pins are 1.0mm in diameter and 18mm long
i initially bought some pins from raffles, which turned out to be 1.2mm in diameter after a month of wait, told Ken about the issue, so he resent new ones again, and after receiving them, they also didn't fit, because they were 1.1mm, these were all he had, so he apologized and offered a refund, but i passed coz it wasn't really worth it, so i started looking elsewhere.
found this seller on ebay, they were more expensive but i didn't have other choices, so i got them, and they fit perfectly.

i also had lost one of the tiny washers, and had a lot of difficulty sourcing a new one, because nobody sells those, not even the local watch smiths in my country.
so i found a local CNC workshop, and asked them to produce some for me, i paid a lot for it, but the result was awesome, i now have a plenty of those small washers, and it would be good to get back some of what i paid for them, so if anybody needs any, please contact me and we can do a sales thread.

Good info, thanks for posting the link. It will save the rest of us the hassle of trying Raffles. Hard to believe that a gen Rolex watch costing thousands of dollars was for decades secured to wrists with these tiny pins (even underwater)!
