Don't know enough about this model to comment myself, but the guy in the video mentions the main difference as the movement and type of steel used. The Noob has direct adjustment of the hour and GMT hand like gen while the JF uses the standard system with quickset date but no quickset hours.
Other things mentioned:
Indices are very similar
Noob has better white dial and orange on GMT hand (pops more)
Latest Noob factory batch has bad lume application, the 6, 9, 12 markers are visibly darker than the other indices
JF has better hands
JF clasp is less accurate than Noob (logo placement, finishing on inner surface)
Clasp machining is excellent on both models
Noob quickset hours only moves the date forward vs gen which moves the date in both directions
Both Noob and JF GMT hands are slightly too long, tip does not overlap with second markers in gen
Recent gen he compared with had misaligned 12-hour marker
