Do not bank on Angus. For more than one year he has been consistently wrong regarding the release of the new ARF GMT.

He did say AFTER 2018, 2019, and now 2020 Chinese New Year; so technically he's still not wrong.

Remember that we can say the say the same for Noob’s 4130 clone movement. That was delay after delay. But ultimately they delivered an incredible true clone 4130 Chrono movement, and its reliable, and with the most impressive power reserve of any Asian movt.

If ARF needs more time to make sure their clone movt is not just right, but more important will also prove reliable, I’m all for that.

My advice would be to buy up any gen gmt dials or bezels, because when this movement comes out, just like the Daytona parts, the gen gmt parts will disappear

Surprise surprise. ARF launches the “SH” 3186 clone. I wonder how it’s different than VRF “SA” clone movt?

Yes date font is ARF thick. Rest looks pretty good. Bezel fonts much better than VRF.

I think it's the same movement. From the same supplier of movement.

From Puretime photos, the ARF looks better. Dial print, bezel colour etc.
