i was about to pull the trigger win i find out the even ARF 116233and 116201 SS/RG and SS/YG is Not fully gold coated on the side

is the Gen also ??

yes, that's a flaw of ARF. On gen it's solid gold so all the gold sides are coated

Glad you caught it when you did, eh? It’s rare to find something with either plating or fully wrapped gold unless the price is much higher than normal.

You could always get an actual 14 or 18 real gold two tone band, or get a 10 carat "filled" band. The filled bands are less than 550-600. I posted some information about the solid two tone bands here, you can probably just do a internet search for filled aftermarket bands.
