Never liked the Kermit, tbh.. but.. it is growing on me and
that is usually a bad thing for my wallet. :)

Nice shots!

I have one myself. But the bezel seems loose for me. Is it the same for you? I'm thinking get grab a new tension spring and click spring together.

Ya, my bezel is a bit loose as well. Nice audible clicks, but does turn quite easily and a little bit of play when seated in the clicked position. Was actually thinking of doing the exact same thing!

You’ll want to consider startime parts or Rolex to upgrade your bezel.

Mine was loose and I purchased a gen tension washer and click spring and it was not that much better. Take the click spring and give it a little bend up so it engages the bezel a bit more. Problem was fully solved. Be gentle when doing it I used a set of needle nose pliers to hold the spring in it's correct orientation (as if it was installed) and applied a little pressure with tweezers upwards.

The kermit has always been my favorite sub, great purchase. If not for the insane mark up on a gen I would buy it. Currently in the hunt for gen parts for mine.

Lexx22 the click spring being the stock one that came with the JF Kermit? I'm planning on getting the tension spring replaced anyway because mine is bent up to hell anyway. I'll try your method and see if there's anyway change and report back here.

My bezel works really well. I have a friend who commented it felt better than gen when he turned it. Probably got lucky or my TD really found a good one for me.

Thanks for the compliments, guys :)

The interior of a car is great for taking shots.

Yes the stock small click spring. You can pick up a aftermarket one pretty cheap. I purchased gen and like I said it didn't fully fix the problem but once I bent it slightly upward problem solved.

Did JF finally fix the DW on these?

Coming to ask the same question, there is a rehaut version on puretime with a super thick date font and then a no rehaut one I found on intime that looks a little better but still too thick. Anyone with a recent purchase chime in?

I bought both recently and the fonts are still too thick on the 20+ dates. But nonetheless, they look fine overall. I'm saying this as not many people ard me are as WIS as I am.
