Got it today! Good packaging, fast delivery. The dial is really nice, especially the lume and 369. The hands are missing some "depth", but reflect light quite good (I mean, when comparing to the real explorer in the AD window). SEL gap is a bit disappointing and I expected more from the 904l steel and brushing in the first place. I have a dhgate 40 dollar air king as well and it is almost the same! When unscrewing the crown I used too much pressure, bending it down a little. Hopefully it doesn't affect the movement lol. For the price I am happy and since this is my first rep from a TD I didn't know what to expect. Ryan, thanks for everything . Oh, I went to the beach yesterday and one woman was wearing the CHNR gmt master, man, what a stunning watch when you see it in person. Her son was wearing a black submariner, looked so boring with that amazing root beer close to it!. Couldn't get my eyes off it. Here are some pics:

Nice watch and pics. And I can't see much problem with the SEL.

Looks great! Here's a pic of yours next to my 316L for comparison.

I agree about the 904L I don't see a bit of difference. I found the same to be true of Noob's bracelets. I have a v8 no date 316L Sub and a V9 904L date Sub. I don't see a bit of difference between the two in any light. Makes me wonder if they are just using the same metal and charging more for the "upgrade". 904L bracelet piece on left below.

I wouldn't mind if SEL is perfect or not, considering that it's not perfect even in gen (I have two gens and sel is not perfect at all).
I wouldnt mind if it's 316 or 904, my eyes cannot see any difference (again, I have both gens and reps 316 and 904, I cannot find any difference). I also have an arf bracelet with two gen 904 links, I cannot find any difference, rep and gens are exactly the same imho.
Case shape looks very nice, probably a bit better than the too rounded arf.
Dial looks very good (the "3" is much better than in the arf).
The only thing that is really really bad is the rehaut, completely wrong for this model, it's a shame they cannot realize how bad is the character used, horrible engraving.
BP's indices are a bit fatter than the gen (and then the arf). But it's because I'm trying to be picky.
Anyway, this is what I see from the pictures and as soon as I'll have the BP in my hands I'll post some comparative pics side by side, arf and bp and possibly gen.

Can you elaborate on this? Is it wrong font type or size, the depth of the engravings, or something else? And how visible is it (without a loupe)?

It is visible from the above pics. Both font type and size and also depth of engravings are completely wrong in bp and you don't need a loupe to see it.
In gens the engraving is barely visible (also in arfs).

I love the 214270 although after I bought my arf I also bought a 116520 (now super franken) which is on my wrist every single day so I've barely used my exp arf ... but I find the explorer the best modern watch on the market and I do like this rep game so I'm trying to find the differences from the two reps and the gen, the above is the result .

Different movements, so different type of dials, you can't put the bp one on the arf, unless you find a good watchmaker who's able to make important modifications.
Swapping bracelets? You could try, but imho you'll have important sel problems, but you just have to try.

AS from 2013 the reahut of BP still totally off compared with genuine. The characters of the words "rolex rolex rolex" are too big and the geniune reahut has a really thin characters. And also there aren't no space between "rolexrolex" words, and that totally wrong.

I can't buy the watch for this thing. Really hurt my eyes because i had a JF with sh3132 and also the noob with 2824 and them have perfect reahut compared to shitty reahut of BP.
