It’s a 16613. The rehaut height is a bit more shallow for transitional 168XX models.

Open font champagne DWO are available, as I believe early 16613 had them for their 3135 movement. Genuine open font champagne disks are not super rare. Their white cousin is very very rare though.

A 3135 will fit the TC case, but loose as the screws aren’t long enough to completely friction fit the movement to the case. I have seen people bend the lip on the case that the screw catches, I have personally glued a spare movement tab to wear the screw will catch and give it a MM extra to friction fit against.

My 16803 is a mega rare ST supply 3035 case, genuine blurple dial, TC hands for ETA (NO other non gen hands come close) and an open DWO.

ST supply solid bezel. Everything else is genuine. About 3500 build. Matching insert to dial etc.

not going to find a Sean case, and always too late for the a TC sale thread... I think it's a good shaped case with good finish

ST supply has my vote. Crownguards are slightly stubby, but the case is true gen spec and takes a 3135 perfectly.

Been stalking around to snap up a 16613 now thinking about starting my own build OP, if it doesn’t matter to you would you mind dming how much you’ve already spent on your build to have a guess amount

It is not finished yet.
But I can write you a PM when everything is ready.

But it shoud be approx. 50-60% of the cost of a cheaper one from chrono24

Would appreciate that, 50-60 that’s pretty steep, I guess it depends how franken you want to make it.

I’ve done gen spec 16613 builds for about 1500$ with certain gen parts. Crown and insert and crucial.

Its hard to to find the TC/wm9 dials as those are the only good rep dials.

You have to consider that a Gen bracelet and a Gen clasp afe really pricey.
A Startime 18K/SS bracelet is also approx USD 1.150,-

It depends on the Gen parts and the scope of Franken/Superfranken

Yeah. The only option is genuine or a new rep bracelet for 6 digit with a glide lock clasp. I’ve done it and preferred it, even though it’s not period correct. Gen owners have put glidelocks on 5 digits though.

I am not sure, if this TC case will take SH3135 (do not know which TC case it is - definetely NO V6 or V7)

The early TC cases were only made for 2824 movement, if I can remember correctly, or?
If a SH3135 will not fit .... I will keep the TC2824 movment and look later for a ST case, would be better than.
I have a mbw16610 and a wm9 case and they are both 2836. I would assume the TC is also geared towards that spec also. There weren't many 2824 cases if any at all back in those days. I thought the TC subs mostly used those little woman’s size ETA movements or was that just the early versions? Its too bad startime got rid of their 3135 case because it was perfect for this kind Of build. you could always just get an ARF 16610 and drill the lug holes, swap the bezel and crown…

@Dizzy this TC case came originally with a Asian 2824 which was called by TC - TC2824 movement.
I had also in my TC 16610LV - V2 a TC2824 movement inside.

A TC 16610 with 2836 I never saw in real ... mostly with the 2824 clones, some with GEN ETA2824 and later with 3135 clones.
