After vacation they go back to the doctor for Case work & remove rehaut on the black 116520.

Will Source Gen clasp, crown and pushers for both watches and see if the SEL fit can be modded.

- Forgot to add, Gen 2005 dial incoming for the black 116520

Noob bracelet is trash. I really don't know how many of you guys can live with that shitty SEL.

Noob sel  :

Now here is a Gen sel fitment:

There are a few tricks one can try to achieve a better sel fitment but when all fail there is only one thing left to do :

Guys just when I thought I finished this build, I've noticed my sa4130 is having a keyless issue

The stem goes in but it doesn't click. So it doesn't sit locked in place. If I pull the crown the stem comes out all together.

I cant get the watch to start.

Do any of you guys know how to fix this?
And can it be done going from the back? Removing the hands and putting them back will be a f. Nightmare.

slaughterer62 I've read your post about this issue on the sa4130. Any ideea on how I can fix this? Thx cheers

Yes, I posted on this problem with the Noob superclone movement. You will need to decase, remove hands/dial and reshape the spring for the setting lever to its original shape. Sorry, I know of no other easier solution. Something like this of course costs people like me lots of extra time, and impatient clients will probably never understand these kinds of time consuming set-backs with their replicas. But things like this happen off and on.

F. me ! i spent 2 days of my life grinding , buffing, polishing, looking for parts that drop on the ground for no f. reason :) :) . And now i have to go back and do that whole sh1t all over again .

Would you be so kind as to poing the spring i need to reshape.

I double checked everything after re-setting the keyless to make sure i don't run into the same problem again after installing the hands, but it happended again anyway !

Thanks a lot for your help mate ! !

Had the same kind of issue, needed to fit out dial and hands to fit in properly the spring of setting level.
Maybe did you pressed too much when fit out stem, for me the only reason it happened twice.

Hi Micasol . When you say i pressed too much when i took out the stem, do you mean i pushed too hard on the release button ?

Same for me, 2 days to fit out all, made another full new servicing, and now on test, just because have decide to swap the dial, but I preferred to be sure all is perfect before fit in case ????????

I concur with M Scott ! Nice, simple, and clean as a would-be classic should. Nice 1-tick dial, there, Sir guru ! But then again you always had nice Daytonas!

Fantastic, does your ARF Bracelet fit in the Noob Lugs ?
How about the Quality Comparison of the Bracelet ?

there is no comparrison between ARF and Noob bracelets. ARF is miles better in every aspect . Clasp is almost 1:1 with the new 2015-2018 claps. Links are perfect in geometry. Polished surfaces are pefectly smooth and not wavy line on the noob. Also noob bracelets sugger often from deformed PCL ( polished center links ) due to the clamping process. Screws are perfect on ARF, very high quality. Sels... well the noob sel is absolute rubbish. Arf is almost perfect, still suffers from the "hump" like the sub sels but overall it's very very good. I could go on and on ...

What about bezel? Is worth to buy gen or ARF is good enough?
