Can somebody please explain that “chip” on the dial at 3 o’clock? I see it all the time and and it’s questioned all the time.
To me it looks like some type of index for either manufacturing or assembling, just wanted someone’s official reason for it.
But arent the sharp edges of the 6 and 9 marker the clear indication of a rep dial?
It could be... (I can't say) But still the question is open : why that cut?
It’s there to centre the dial in a jig when in a pad printer.
