I was thinking since the high-end reps also have the ICHS, I could consider the cheaper alternative if its not too bad, especially given the much cheaper price point. Does anyone have experience with this rep?

the beat rate is going to be low and jerky. At that price point no matter what it's going to be a cheap chinese 21600 bph movement. As long as you don't care about that, why not just get one anyway?

The first one you linked (and maybe both) is 42mm which is wrong for this 5-digit model. Also despite the pics showing an independent GMT hand, what most get (read reviews) is a DG2813 with a non-independent GMT hand.
