Spongebob, BK and other modifiers

I bought a Noob v7 114060 that stopped working and it is now sent back to Ryan at intime for replacement.
In any case, I am considering buying yet another one, and have it a bit modified.
What personers - such as spongebob, BK etc. do such modifications and what modifications do they do?
And how is it resolved practically? Do they order the watch from the factory - Noob, Arf etc. - and then do the modifications and sent it to me afterwards?

Bk does some improvements on stock watches, best qc possible then mods, spongebob does de plat mod on your bezel numbers, if you want a submariner or gmt this 2 are the way to go
