Hard to judge the SELs and lug shape as well from the pics

It doesn't look too good, from some angles they're recessed but others don't appear to be.

I think one of the reasons why it looks a bit off is because they left all the protective stickers on the watch.

A lot of flaws . There is nothing special about this. Crystal looks decent though.

Crystal is complete trash. It's a murky blue grey in the light.
