Hello everyone I’m new here so please excuse me if I sound misinformed but I received my QC pics from a TD today. Everything looks great but it seems that the bezel doesn’t line up perfectly. Now I know it’s a rep, so I’m not sure if that’s a big deal or not. Should I decline the watch because of this? Please help.......

This is a small issue. You can remove the insert and stick it back if you can't live with it. But a $358 watch vs $8550, it's good enough IMO. No need to be perfect. If everything perfect like gen, ROLEX can close shop already.

You’re right..... I checked the TD’s website and that misaligned bezel is the same on all that factories pics. So I guess it’s not a big deal.

Thumbs up to Puretime..... I contacted them about my misaligned bezel concerns. They immediately sent me another pic of a properly aligned Noob V8 no date and shipped it out the same day.

Yup, looks like the same serial number in the rehaut. Could’ve been in between clicks in the initial photo or also a slight adjustment to camera angle can have that effect too.

Out of all of the problems you could have with a rep that's the best one to have. The watch holds a half click pretty well. You have to intentionally move it to get it off. Mine is always at a half click and I can clean the smudges off the crystal and bezel without it budging.

Also for the serial on the rehaut I'm pretty sure they use mostly the same numbers on all the watches. Too expensive to use different numbers on every rep

Yes, it does sound quite unlikely they’d use a unique one every time and probably make a batch all with the same number. Does anyone know for sure? My (Noob v8) has a different one to above but it’s a few months old now.

That’s the same watch in both sets of QC

Unless there is clear damage, the dealers will persuade you as much as they can to take the one they have for you.

I had the exact same situation with my QCs for my Noob v8, and thought I am starting to OCD but at the end accepted as is. It's a very minor detail you don't notice in real life.
