The clasp was hybrid at the starting point, or did you develop a way to convert shiny st9 blade into a brushed?

k4jun this was converted to a sanded blade but not by me. The result is quite nice ain't it ? I still need to learn those codes :))

Bleach can do that to stainless steel if left on the surface to dry. Powerwashing chemicals can also do it. I know first hand.

Curious as to what the owner exposed the clasp.

alessandri I really have no ideea what he had done to it. To be honest when I saw it for the first time I thought this was a test or something, to see whether I can fix it or not.

I wasn t sure I could make this wearable again so it sat in the drawer for a long time.
