I was so curious to see at how much would this SA4130 would sell but the money of the poor uninformed buyer is worth more for sure.

Only because it's not mounted in the case. Markers are sitting below tachy.. Once assembled, it'll look like any other rep.

I was shocked when I found this information. I am the one who purchased this movement! eBay first advised that I should ship the counterfeit item back to the seller, but I had already obtained legal advise, and I will certainly not act unlawfully in order to obtain a refund. What other photographic evidence can I submit to eBay? The S/N is a great start, and I know that the balance spring is the wrong colour. The rotor and general finish being of poor quality will be somewhat difficult to point of to a company that seems to have ignored the reports from an expert community. Are you aware of any side-by-side comparisons between a genuine Cal. 4130 and this counterfeit movement? I could then point out the similarities between the counterfeit movements, as well all the differences between the genuine and the one from the fraudulent seller on eBay. Any reference I can make to the reports sent from members on here would be very helpful, should eBay decide be put their policies about the actual law. Shame on eBay!

Sorry mate just red this now. Some obvious glaws are the lack of S.N. and the lack of microstella screws on the balance wheel. Also the rep has a regulator on the balance bridge, the gen hasn't.
