Interesting. Looks like one big black hole effect over the entire dial...not at all gen like clarity but what looks good to your eyes that matters.

The stock crystal is an instant tell. It doesn't do the effect that in natural lightning the Cyclops stays super sharp and the dial goes milky.

That's the best the rep can do

And that is the effect on gen

Yes prof xtal is always clearer than gen! I've got one on a PAM and it's clearer than gen as well. It really makes the dial pop! I was on the fence whether I wanted to go cyclops or not. I'm happy with it and the rep is 2.5x while gen is 2x mag. So for me it's either gen xtal or no cyclop prof.
