Thanks - yeah true, it's a 26mm for women. I'll post pics when I get it. It'll be my only gold watch (I have a gold GMT II anniversary) but I feel self-conscious wearing it. Am hoping with a switch to leather band this will be somewhat low-key.

I see some of BP's model I'm able to pick with a 2813 movement and it cuts like 100+ off the price. Do you know if everything else about the watch remains the same? (Datewheel, hands, dial, case etc.) ?
Yes I believe so - I got a vintage sub BP with a 2813 and everything else seems the same. Great value.
Yeah that's what I thought as well - that would be insane value. And I guess a Swiss ETA 2824/36 will pop right in without need for new hands/dial/???

I bought it and yes it's a great watch!
The gold looks different in different light, sometimes light yellow and sometimes deeper orange.
I think it's good.
I'll take more photos when I can, but Shotguns pictures give a good sense. I have a gold GMT from years ago, and this gold colour is much better than that (which was too orange).
The good news is that the strap is excellent
The bad news is that 'stainless steel' is engraved
Anyone got any ideas how I could remove it? Some gold paint perhaps? So disappointing - $270 for the rep, $50 for the strap, and then it's ruined by the marking

you should buy strap links. No way of fixing that. Only way is brush it and replate it. I would go for the endlinks. Looks much better aswell with no gap between the strap and case
