Just a noob question, but if i replace the dial with a gen dial, is included the crown indicator ecc. ? i mean, the dial is complete right?

If the dial is in perfect state, yes, it should include all the features (all the indexes, coronet at 12 o'clock, all proper writing, and also dial feet on the back so you can fit it onto the movement -be sure to check the back, not just the front-)

i will pay $300 for the dial, €200 for dwo, $300 for crystal, $100 for service, $100 for the build. Not cheap, but it should look amazing for <15% of the gen. White gold bezel from wso would be the natural next step

FYI Noob has recently corrected the crown innacurracy. Instead of two dots, there is a dash.

Man, that's really nice! I went to Harrods last weekend to take a look at their new watch boutiques and realised the DJ works really well with white dial!

(then I tried a SBGA211 Grand Seiko and it wiped off all my memory, that gorgeous dial is engraved in my brain now)

My bad, antoher version is coming for the OYSTER perpetual 39mm from ARF, should come with a correct blu dial ...maybe could be fo interest also for the datejust

Absolutely. IMHO the best upgrades in order are: dwo > crystal > dial > bezel > hands > crown
