Why is the coolhand brooklyn Daytona rep less expensive than the other Daytona reps?

Unfortunately, the blue tone of the dial is wrong :(
Otherwise a great replica!

jrodshibuya dayeh546 can you please confirm the thickness of 15mm? The gen has the same thickness as the original daytona!

How do you know the gen has the same thickness? I couldn't find that info previously, and the clear case-back kind of makes it look thicker than other Daytonas in pictures.

Anyway, I don't have those fancy caliper things, but I measured it at 13 or perhaps 13.5mm thick, compared to my ARF Daytona at 12mm. It is a noticeable difference, but still very wearable.

Well, you simply write an E-Mail to [email protected]
;)

On trusty it says 15mm: http://trustytimestore.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=1_6&products_id=18772
They normally don't describe it's thicker than it is in reality! So I wonder that you measured 13 or 13.5mm. That would be totally fine!

Since I don't have calipers I used a piece of paper and marked with pencil the top and the bottom. Was around 13 - 14mm. I did the same with my ARF and it was 12mm. Not sure if it's a good technique or not.

BTW since others have measured ARF Daytona at 13.1mm, I guess my method under-estimates by 1mm. So the Spike Lee Daytona is more like 14mm - 14.5mm.

I found one here:

https://www.watchgecko.com/foxton-leather-nato-by-zuludiver.php

But If you, like me, think that it adds too much thickness to an already thick watch, try a classic strap, instead of a NATO. I ordered one (blue alligator, orange stitches) from a Vietnamese seller on eBay (vietnamcreations1). The model they have in stock has blue stitches (https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?mpre=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.com%2Fulk%2Fitm%2F223134534630), therefore I asked the seller to make a custom one for me with orange stitches (he accepted, for a few extra dollars).

I hope it helps
