No, the 6263 is a DW / Valjoux / Viet build, the white 116520 is a Franken with gen APH dial and Gen Bezel, Black 116520 is a stock Noob with newest CF bezel, and the 116500 is a stock noob v3 with just gen-like crystal gasket. added
