Long story short: ARF Datejust. Contact the TD of your choice and ask him about the ARF.

what would be the better choice?

Welcome aboard! Now you've got a lot of reading to do! These are two different watches. One has a jubilee bracelet, the other an oyster- no big deal there. Movement- TS says Asian 3135, but I don't know which 3135 copy that is. Intime has the SA 3135, we know that movement was problematic in the past, don't know if it's better these days. Dials it's hard for me to tell. My advice is to stick with the Asian 2824 or 2836 movement at this time- you can always get it serviced if need be. Keep reading and looking and sooner or later you'll have to dive in- it's part of the learning experience!
