Assembly daitonas arf, noob and gen dial

here I am
hi to all group .... after a bit of waiting I got the noob daytona 4130
what about ... the movement is awesome, a real like gen !!!
if you change the bridge with the barbell and unrecognizable

I took an ARF and a NOOB and I assembled a single daytona
there is a difference between the two

merit ARF: has a beautiful bracelet ... the bezel is very low and the crystal is like gen
ARF defects: thick case and caseback, dial, noisy movement and chrono keys

merit NOOB: case thickness and bottom, excellent movement, little noisy and same functions
NOOB defects: bracelet, bezel and crystal ... the dial is not bad but not like gen


the conclusion is ..... to assemble between the two ARF and NOOB more if you have the possibility to add a gen dial

as a basis I used a complete NOOB case, ARF bezel, ARF bracelet, crystal and ARF seal and dial gen
the result is amazing !!
I will post the photos

at the end if you calculate that a bezel gen costs 600/700 € at this point it is better to buy an ARF and take the parts that interest you

Looks great but I have a question: The NOOB case wasn't ticker than the gen? Instead the ARF was claimed to be more gen like because was slimmer, so why you used the NOOB case instead of ARF?
I thought that the ARF was better and this NOOB was good only for the movement... just asking, maybe you have received a good NOOB case

No...case And caseback ARF is thick ... only the arf bezel is lower

Gen dial in blister 800/1000 €
no blister 500/600€ I think

Noob case + noob SEL + rest of the bracelet is ARF?


What do you think about the quality of the noob 4130 movement?
I know it is still a young movement, does it looks like the early SA3135 movements? where many people has reported the early 3135 as non reliable and in fact dirty (out of the factory).

exactly, you only have to change the SEL ... the rest of the ARF bracelet.


I think the movement is good
it does not need service if the movement works ... if it has problems then it is aimed at a competent watchmaker! for the mechanics and really amazing ...
