noob v6s endlinks?

can some explain the difference between noob v6/v6s endlinks versus the newer versions?

everyone seems to rave about the v6 as the perfect endlink design but i just dont see it (pretty sure im missing something here).

cant find any thread comparing endlinks specifically either,

what am i missing?

Not so much the end links - the v6s had recessed SEL's. The v7 SEL was flush with the lugs.
