Received one a few weeks ago and I can confirm all of the OPs points, amazing rep! Regarding the terrible bezel action, does anyone know what could be done to make it crisper and less sandy (best description I can come up with)?

Put some longer springs in the spring hole. These are too long, snip them at a height higher than the stock ones.

I believe that the easiest is to send it to a skilled modder. Gen click feels rather like GMT, not 60 or 120 clicks but 24 or so soft, quiet clicks.
