I just hope I get the one pictured. Sometimes there are variations in batches and they don't update the photos. It's going back if not exactly as pictured.

Funny enough , given how coveted the blnr is I’m surprised someone from any of the forums hasn’t taken the entrepreneurial approach to source a process to create a more gen like insert. I don’t have knowledge, but I assume some forum members may have the resources to sort out a better insert. The demand is there. And there’s currently few competitors.

I dont know. Just a drunk pre-thanksgiving thought.

Sure, I'll post pics. I think the blue color is going to be the same on all these from ebay.it Some have better quality pics from vendor.In the pic below, the one I brought is on the bottom (larger). The smaller one on top is the one that was sold out.

The one I got has more gen-like 1's, and the markers are slightly fatter.

Those pics are terrible, hard to make any kind of judgment. But compare the numeral 1 in 12 to those in 10 and 14. It looks like a different serif altogether (the tick on top of the 1). The 12 has a horizontal component to the serif, wth?

This is one watch worth buying in gen considering Rolex has discontinued it from its printed catalogue. It's only a matter of time this will disappear from the Rolex website.
