Smaller than 44 PAMs and HBB. Compared to AP wears more like Diver

15mm, perfect for 43mm case. Everything is just balanced and super comfortable on the wrist.

No. These are lug widths far as I know:

SD43 22mm
EXP 42, DSSD 21mm
Sub, GMT YM 20mm

Because if you lose the watch in the mail you are shit out of luck, that's why WO can offer it cheaper, you get no after-sale support.
