Was this kind of a 16800/16610 case? I am working on a similar project but aiming the 1680 direction. I was fighting with a 30.3mm 25-127 crystal. I was debating on glueing the gasket and the crystal or glueing the crystal to the gasket. The 127 Xtal sits higher than normal. But I am more concerned with it staying in like it should.
