Is noob the best quality (most likey to gen)

Hi guys I'm wanna join Rep watches. I wanna ask something

1. As I searched, at 116610 series, Noob is the best quality. is it correct? (most likey to gen) or not, is there any better thing?

2. at QCing, what should I check? (ex : whether date is aligned)

3. if noob is the best, does its rehaut engraved deeply enough on the inner bezel
like the gen?

2. at QCing, what should I check? (ex : whether date is aligned)
look watch if all look good and ask this picture :

rate +002s/d = watch lose 2 seconds by day
amplitude 313 look be good 250-350 = good (correct me if im wrong ,im not sure 100% for 350)
beat error 0.1ms

all look good on this one ,intime give me watch with +8s /day
asked here ,got anwers it's good.

but now with time,i will ask better watch ,2 seconds / day faster or slower but no more....
