I’m really liking my ARF version of this model, here’s mine with a Tomrep bezel

As this one was a SS one I think he won’t have issues with fading on an ARF

However, yes I can confirm that each and every ARF TT bracelet I had so far, showed fading after some time. Their layer of gold is way too thin. On the new ones it seems even thinner than on some elder ones...

case: good finishing, lugs are nice but crownguards are crap (as you can see)
bezel: its to loose and does not sound like gen, abit to shiny in my opinion
bezel insert: on the picture you see the rep bezelinsert i abit dirty, imo TOMREP mod is nice but not necessary.
bracelet: overall finishing is nice, bracelet is not as heavy as gen but enough to be NWBIG.
clasp: very nice, feels and sounds like gen
dial: its very good especially after the font is not with the blueish touch anymore
hands: abit flat but wouldnt change to gen
second hand: crap the blue is totally off
crystal: all rep crystals are crap but its ok for the most
datewheel: its not like other ARF datewheels, its realy OK

Hi everyone,

I just pulled the trigger on a ARF YM.
Just recieved QC pictures, video, and timegraph from MiroTime.
Can't see anything wrong with it really.
Before I GL it, I'd appreciate some more eyes on it.

I just ordered one of these from Li, it could just be the photo but does the red second match the red yacht master color on the dial? It looks terrible off IMO but again it could just be the photo?

I agree about the blue, I have the ARF rhodium dial and have worn it twice, the blue second hand is terribly off, I was hoping the red wouldn’t be, every picture I saw of the red second hands seemed to match well with the red yacht master until I just saw the pictures the OP posted, I will change to another watch if my QC pictures second hand red are that far off

I'm waiting on a Noob a2824 rhodium from Trusty Andrew, it's in the post.. did I buy the right one? He recommended it as being the best YM.. also, down the line can I fit a 3135 inside a 2824 case?

It has been mentioned in this forum before (but without actual proof) that Noob uses the same case for 3135 and 2824. Also, 2824 is very similar in dimensions (thickness, crown position) to a 3135. So you might get lucky!!

whats the current best clone for YM? Since the noob debacle with their 904L being actually 316L steel. are ARF real 904L and is the vs3135 coming to a YM near us anytime soon?
