These I the first real life pictures I’ve come across from Chinese dealers on WeChat of the new GSF v4 GMTs. Apparently they’re also releasing Root Beer in two tone and full everose, but no real pictures of those yet.

They look a lot like ROF, which is no more. That would be a good thing if so, ROF made some good GMTs. I still have one.

True. Bezel isn’t the same tho, new one looks better? Especially transitions

Look at the serifs in the ROLEX fonts, especially the L. No other factories do that now. It's not period correct for 6 digit Rolexes but that's never bothered me.

Nice. Can’t really see any speed bumps so that’s a good thing. Yeah maybe just change out the dial. How’s the bracelet and clasp.
More details review for GSF V4 vs Clean:
In the video the guy said GSF V4 is using the same insert as Clean but don’t know is true or not. Also he said the GSF V4 is using the basic Dandong 3135 modified to 3186, welcome the expert to charm in to see is true or not.

The movement is the first generation VR GMT, what RWI calls the VR3185 since it is modeled after and operates like the gen 3185. The main difference between the gen 3185 and 3186 is the jumping hour hand module (jump click), which is more robust in the 3185 though it operates with a slight hands wobble. That is why it was redesigned, and because the new one breaks more easily Rolex is on its third version of the new part.
Gen jumping hour click springs compared
The newer next-gen VR3186 is also based on the gen 3185 (good news for us) and has only a modified balance assembly with a deco plate on it.
Both the VR3185 and VR3186 are engraved 3186, which is wrong for all 126x GMTs - it should be 3285.
However, this VR3185 is a great and reliable movement which I will take any day and will continue to source even over it's nearly identical successor. The VR3185 is easier to regulate due to the position of the regulating arms.

Not period correct for any 6 digit Rolex, but it did exist in gen. It's an interesting little touch that I would not go to all the trouble of swapping out a dial to eliminate.
It was more common in Sub and some Daytona dials, but can also be found in some GMTs

I ordered a 116710ln but not too happy about the dw alignment. All numbers sit low and left justified esp the 22. Waiting on more pics of the 20's from Hont. If they all look like that then ill have to rl it. Besides that and the other small know "flaws" with the gsf its a nice looking piece. Crystal and cyclops looks excellent on it

736D serial is the same case CLEAN uses.
