I got a VSF 116618 last week, and a VSF 126610 LN yesterday = 1 x VS3135 and 1 x VS3235… which is a nice Xmas haul.

now I have to choose which model LV to keep hold between 116610 and 126610…

Thanks matey. It's going replace a VS3135 that needs a service, the serviced VS3135 will be going in my TC (soon to be) frankensub.

One Submariner is not enough, I don't think I could choose just one Sub.
All being well, I should have 3 more arriving in the next short while, I have the trackings...

You are right, but today I prefer 116610 LN version and now I cannot find parts for transformation from LV version…
I got an electricity bill

Judging on the number posts for VSF, this will be a hot item and will result in lot's of QC posts and discussion comparing it to the gen as it looks 1 to 1 to the gen.

That's awesome, where does one source a VR3135 movement? Learning to tinker/service my own movements, would be really handy to get one of these...

I got it from Trusty. I love to tinker, I just get stuck in and learn how to do it as I go. Installed the VR3135 this evening. By far the hardest part was fitting the 2nd hand. All working now, all good. Gave it a brush too on my hand made brushing jig, the Satinizer3000 Deluxe..
Turns out, this is what was wrong with the VS.. see the little elongated horseshoe bar stuck to the stem there, that came out on the stem. Sadly I lost it, it pinged away when I tried to grab it with tweezers. KJ2020 will know what it is I'm sure, can you fix this movement buddy, may need to make this now missing part?

The dial is out the watch I'm fixing. I just repaired a broken VSF Hulk by swapping the movement out, so I had to take the dial and hands off the VS and put it on the VR and back in the watch. The watch came from Andrew historically. Not mine, belongs to a member of the family.
