Come on man, we all know the reason. ;)

There's more than enough guys trying to get some VSF Subs and sell them wherever to make some money. And don't even get me started on those who ask for custom Rolex warranty cards with matching serial numbers...

Yea that's what I was thinking but it turns out he said that he RL the watch.

Nope, if you see my previous post. The first piece had horrible SELs. I’m not profiting off these watches…

You fucked up - if that’s true. The SELs on the previous one were more even with better recession.

This. The first one had lovely SEL recessions, those were not gaps, just correct gen like recesses showing light shadows.

Argh! The first one was amazing dude..

1st one..

2nd one..

Genuine and a (good) VSF

The newer 126610 is supposed to have flush end links, but the 116610 should be recessed.

Lol as the others have mentioned, you read too much into what to look out for in a QC and forgot to check how watches from different generation differs.

116s has a pronounced recess for SELs, 126s does not.
Your 2nd piece SEL looks more like 126 than 116 compared to gen.

But anyway, good luck with the watch. Wear it in good health. I

A case of 'a little knowledge can be a bad thing'. I'm sorry about that traderjoe1968 but don't worry too much, only folks here and Rolex WIS know these things. You'll likely never meet one.
The watch is a beauty and when you ever see one on a wrist, unless it's static and you are close, it is difficult to tell if it's a 5 or 6 digit Sub nevermind an 11 or 12 or a even if it's a rep for that matter.

Yes i know

but im saying that because alot of ppl say doesnt look any different the lugs are different and bracelet

but in reality a mm change on a watch on the wrist is big

Actually the 116610 was closer to 40.3mm and the 126610 is close to 40.8, so the real difference is only half a mm
For me the biggest difference is the width of the bracelet, from the lug side due to thinner lugs to the wider clasp

It is amazing how the new design makes the 126610 look so much bigger on the wrist than the 116610.
