Not ARF, those crown guards are either gen or VSF.
So we look at the rehaut wall angle and it’s more sloped than vertical so it’s not genuine, must be VSF.

That’s debatable, ARF also had good CGs, see example below of an ARF v3 which I own.

but like you said a serial number shot or clasp shot would help identify it.
