Hi guys, I just wanted to share a photo of a new batch of VSF datejusts for you to compare CF’s with as I know this is a Clean thread. (Not for qc purposes).

My DJ 41 collection is complete! There are 2 reps and 1 gen in this watch roll.
One is clean, one is the v2 GMF and one is gen =)
Both reps have gen xtals and gen dw, and with that these are one of the best reps I’ve seen to date. Big thanks to [mention]watchservicesny [/mention] for doing the work on both the reps. As always he does a fantastic job.
Even in outdoor light it’s very hard to tell which fluted bezel is white gold and which ones aren’t.

To me, it looks like the reflection of the rehaut on the bottom 7/8/9 o’clock side of the watch because it’s not there at 1/2/3 o’clock.
On Clean’s milky gasket/dial, it’s usually all the way round at all times. Happy to be corrected as it is something I struggle with a bit.
I’ve confirmed it to be shipped anyway so we’ll see what it’s like on the wrist!

It looks good.
One reason I think it might be a cf dial. The 6 marker Very slightly slightly off. Which cf dials it was pretty common.
But overall it’s not something noticeable

Nice collection! With gen xtal and gen dw there is no noticeable difference beetwen the replicas and gen? Not even on the white gold bezel?
IMO the bezel on the v2 GMF is closer to gen in terms of size. I had noticed the same thing.
And to the other question, is it hard to tell which is WG the answer is under right lighting yes, at arms length just walking around probably very hard to tell unless you have a really good eye.

You know, upon closer inspection may just be the camera angles here and since the rhodium was in the center it made it appear smaller.
Here’s the gen black dial and CF rhodium side by side under indoor lighting next to a window (gen on right in all pics)
Also may have to do with how the light reflects off of the white gold, and maybe height of gen gasket/xtal height being used in the CF. Part number B25-318-C2-C1 is what I used in both the blue GMF v2 and CF.
Can someone confirm that my CF has the updated bezel?
Either way no complaints it looks great and on the wrist it’s almost a dead ringer for gen after xtal and dw swap. Really splitting hairs here. Can’t go wrong with either the GMF v2 or CF - both winners! GMF hands are more gen like unless you get lucky getting the new CF updated hands (which I don’t think I did)

You can see how great and defined are cf case and lugs even when compare with gen, having it without gen side by side would be almost impossible to tell.. it was always hard to replicate polished case before but now they nailed it on clean
