I don't think BP makes an Explorer 36 better than EWF, Explorer 36 and DJ 36 use the same case, one brushed and the other polished. BP DJ 36 case is bad

Also their bracelets. The central part of the solid end link angle is just terrible as it protrudes way outside of the case, doesn’t wrap the wrist as the original (or ARF, DJF, and many other decent Datejusts).

So still no other factory that made a 124270. no update from EWF? a shame for such a nice watch only one factory is doing it...and once you know about the thick hands, can't go for it...

I have a 39mm replica, but strongly considering this one. Anyone bought the two-tone version?
I'm hesitant due to bad things I've heard about plating coming off, but if I'm going to own two Explorers than it makes sense to me to have the 36 in two-tone.

Not sure but BP and GMF have released their versions of the new 36mm explorers, two tone models are there too, would see if other dealers can source it.

Wasn't GMF the HQ branch of BP? To be fair, both watches look the same to me except the BP uses 316L steel (and is $60 cheaper than the GMF). Personally, I would go for the BP as I don't care at all about 904L steel, and SEL fitting seems better than the GMF (although that could be just that watch, we all know about QC in the replica business).

I've just talked to Li from JTime. He told me they're real so I just pulled the trigger for the GMF version. Looking forward to hopefully getting a solid 36mm explorer. I'll keep you posted.

It’s because these two are from another factory. As far as we know, EWF still has the fat hands, unfortunately.
