I don't think that's possible. I would assume the case structure of the ZF wouldn't be able to take the tourbillon movement. If it could fit, I doubt the actual tourbillon would be in the same place.

Yes I received it, phenomenal watch. It’s very hard to say which one is better, I think I would still choose the titanium since I love the all silver color and see through bezel, it really is a work of art. The ceramic is very well made as well, dressy, classy, etc.

Really a bummer that there is no real Tourbillon for the ZF RMs, that would make the ultimate watch!
