Read the rules! You can’t post qc pics just for an overall thought you have to specify a part of the watch you have doubts on or think has a flaw and even then remember if it’s good to you(because you’re the one who buys the watch) then accept it if it’s not ask for another one.

E voilá:
Mvm cleaned, oiled and regulated + check out the black gearwheel at 12.
Now stuff works like a champ, smooth winding up and reserve of 32 hours according to my ws.
One remark: the respective part is that sensitive and tricky that in case of leaving "loose" will cause the stuttering but in case of tightening (too much) might cause the movm stop hence the factories are leaving them fully loose.
Lastly according to the ws opinion this is citizen mvm not a seiko..
Anyhow now its ok ;)

Watchsmith found and sent some more pics while reassembling the mvm after spa treatment FYI.
Some more furter remarks confirmed by the ws apart the ones processed before:
The rotor was very loud and there was even a contact with a backside xtal when moving out of the box so that one needed to be regulated as well.
Furthermore the markers frame was not fixed just a way strenghtened to the xtal resulting to become loose and noisy while sudden moves of the wrist. That needed a fix too.
You may point out these to your ws upon servicing to avoid later issues and have a solid built at the end of the day.

I can’t find anyone in the US who will do this service and fix the second hand ... your help is much appreciated in finding me someone here in CONUS or safe shipping to EU.

Same, I’ve reached out to a few in US, they don’t want to touch it.

Pictures look fantastic m8.

On a separate note as a question to all, any idea why cloning the rm35 movement is that hard for factories though? I'm pretty sure a couple of gears is easier than developing a tourby movement at the end of the day (considering supposedly they said that they had the gen in hand).

I just got my ZF V3 and it seems my movement works just fine. Could it be that they fixed the issue or I'm just lucky? But I don't have the blue tinted glass, I have seen before. And I noticed that I bump into things quite often with this massiv watch :D Just something to reminde you guys, in case you think about buying one.

that's not the point tho. I'm just tryna put into perspective compared to the more complicated ones in tourbillions. If there is a watch on hand, it shouldn't be complicated in remanufacturing the same parts, considering the less complicated nature of rm35s.

Buddy they don't make custom movements for these watches. They use available movements and decorate them. Development of new movements cost a lot. They decorate currently available Seagull Tourbillon movements for tourby reps.

I don't presume that they do, neither do I discount the fact that it'll cost a lot. All that I am saying is that if they could do what they did with the RD skeleton watches, RM deserves some attention too.

I entirely agree and I think all the people here do too.

Unfortunately, we as forum members are not really the direct target for the people making that type of decisions, there are way bigger markets than us.

Here we are talking RM, and they want believable rep for people who want to look right with them, it doesn't have to be perfect, as long as it is believable.

I think the people that took care of the RD rep were more passionate about it and wanted something as close possible, it looked a lot more like the work of people really liking watches

Anyone notice moisture collecting on the inner crystal? I just got mine and it fogs up while wearing or if I get in my car with AC.
